Spherics is developing a portfolio of innovative and proprietary oral pharmaceutical products. Through the 505(b)(2) NDA process for enhanced formulations of proven drugs, Spherics will independently advance its products in an accelerated and capital efficient manner.
Spherics intends to selectively seek and establish partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to further develop and commercialize its products.
